Pupil Participation Awards

1 June 2015 (by castleb)

This term, CBJS pupils have been challenged to be as physically active as possible.

This term, CBJS pupils have been challenged to be as physically active as possible. Each child has been given a PP Award Booklet, which they can use to log any active activities they take part in outside of school lessons. Each session is worth '1 box' (regardless of length of session: 30 minutes swimming = 1 box, 2 hours playing football = 1 box) All we ask is that an adult (coach, teacher or parent) signs the box. Any pupil achieving 25 boxes will receive their Bronze Award, 55 boxes will receive a Silver Award and 85 boxes a Gold Award. Each award is a coloured badge that can be worn on school uniform. In May, Katie in Y6 and Chloe in Y3 were the first pupils to receive their Bronze Awards in celebration assembly- well done to both of them. How many more awards can we give out before the end of the year? Can anyone reach gold?
